Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website at drafthouse.pro or engaging DraftHouse Climate Solutions Sdn Bhd ("the Company") for any air conditioning service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services. These terms apply to all customers, whether residential or commercial, within Kuala Lumpur and the surrounding Klang Valley region.

Services Description

DraftHouse Climate Solutions provides professional air conditioning services including but not limited to:

• Supply and installation of wall-mounted split units, cassette systems, and ducted air conditioning
• Routine maintenance and chemical cleaning of all major AC brands
• Diagnosis and repair of faulty compressors, refrigerant leaks, drainage issues, and electrical faults
• Consultation and system design for new builds, renovations, and commercial fit-outs

All work is performed by trained technicians in accordance with Malaysian safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.

Booking and Scheduling

Service appointments can be booked through our website, by email, or via WhatsApp. Upon confirming a booking, we will provide an estimated date and time window for the visit. While we make every effort to honour scheduled appointments, unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, traffic conditions, or supply chain delays may require rescheduling. We will notify you as early as possible in such cases.

Pricing and Payment

All prices quoted are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of the prevailing service tax where applicable. Quotations provided are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary if the actual scope of work differs from the initial assessment. Payment is due upon completion of work unless a written agreement specifies alternative terms. We accept bank transfer, online payment, and cash.

Warranties

Installation work performed by DraftHouse Climate Solutions carries a workmanship warranty of twelve (12) months from the date of completion. Equipment and parts supplied by us carry the manufacturer's warranty as specified at the time of purchase. Warranty claims must be reported promptly and will be assessed by our technical team. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, power surges, or failure to perform recommended routine maintenance.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, DraftHouse Climate Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of business revenue, property damage caused by pre-existing building defects, or discomfort resulting from temporary system downtime during repairs. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel a confirmed booking at no charge if notice is given at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than twenty-four hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to RM 80 to cover technician allocation and travel costs. For installation projects where equipment has been specially ordered, cancellation terms will be outlined in the project quotation.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
